But don’t worry – you can still enjoy your vegan and vegetarian dishes at the aigu Restaurant & Bar, just 70 metres from here at the Park Hotel Zug.
The name ‘aigu’ says it all: at the aigu Restaurant , our cuisine sets the tone – specifically, a southern French one. Here, you can enjoy outstanding Swiss cuisine with that certain French flair.
From breakfast through to lunch, aperitifs and dinner. Whether it’s a date, a business lunch or an after-work drink: with 150 seats, a conservatory, a terrace and a cosy bar, we offer the perfect atmosphere for every occasion.

Our culinary concept
Here, you can enjoy high-quality Swiss cuisine with a southern French twist. We celebrate the culinary diversity of the regions with fresh ingredients, vibrant colours, aromatic herbs and a wide range of flavours.
Our bouillabaisse pays homage to the sun-drenched coast of Provence, whilst we use only the finest Swiss produce. With fresh fish, juicy tomatoes and an aromatic fish stock, we serve you a taste of the Mediterranean. A hint of lavender and thyme lends this dish its unique southern French flair.
The pissaladière, a Provençal onion tart, is a true culinary delight. Caramelised onions, anchovies and black olives on a crispy pastry base will take your taste buds on a journey you’ll want to experience time and time again.
